The Continuing Legal Education Department at the University of Texas School of Law (UTCLE) offers subscriptions to eLibrary assets under the following terms and conditions.

Single-User License
Online assets, e.g. papers, PowerPoint presentations, and Audio-to-Go MP3, are licensed to you for use by one professional and that professional's support team only. The eLibrary contains copyrighted and other proprietary information. You may not make commercial or other unauthorized use by publication, re-transmission, distribution, sharing, or resale, of materials obtained from the eLibrary, except as permitted by the Copyright Act or other law.

Multiple Subscriber Discounts

Subscription Period and Terms of Use
Your subscription begins as soon as payment is processed, and lasts for one calendar year from the start date. Your terms of use begin at the same time and continue through the initial subscription and any renewals.
