Cover interacting with surveyors, drafting and submitting an acceptable Plan of Removal to lift a finding of Immediate Jeopardy, understanding and responding to the Statement of Deficiencies, recognizing possible sanctions and rights of appeal and strategizing how to address the OIG’s demand for damages if they arise.
