This course was well organized and planned.
Kris Monson's presentation and materials on constitutional design would be enormously improved if he were to take a couple of recent cases, ideally one Texas Supreme Court on the Texas constitution and one U S Supreme Court on the federal, applying originalist history textual interpretation to an important dispute over administrative law. Ideally, one with a vigorous dissent or two. Lots of recent cases are possible. E.g., Loper. As it is, just too abstract and too smugly dismissive of what the rest of us don't know about Aristotle, Montesquieu, the Federalist Papers, the Anti-Federalists to show even appellate lawyers and judges why and how it matters.
Speakers did well and topics were relevant to Admin law practice.
