Rate the overall teaching effectiveness and presentation skills of faculty for the course.
How would you rate the value of the materials provided as part of the course?
I enjoyed the course. It was unclear which slides were being used as they were not in order. I would suggest ordering the slides to align with the speakers.
Generally, very good. I thought the litigator lecturer spent a bit too much time on general contract boilerplate issues, rather than on LLC, LP, issues.

Nuts and Bolts of LLCs, LPs and Partnerships is a perfect refresher for seasoned practitioners and a great introduction for those new to the area of unincorporated entities. This workshop covers choice of entity and jurisdiction, governing documents and securities, filing with the Secretary of State, terminations, drafting the LLC agreement, and includes an open Q&A with the panel.
