There is no need for political references in a CLE. All it does is erode the speaker's effectiveness. I found this CLE to be hard to follow and not very effective. As a partner in a 2 attorney law firm, I was hoping for some concrete examples and approaches to data management. I've taken other cyber-security CLE's previously that did give examples.
