Session 2: Corporate Transparency Act: The Law - This presentation provides an overview and review of the statutory and regulatory requirements of the Corporate Transparency Act, including new 2024 FinCEN guidance and a discussion of judicial challenges to the CTA (including the Alabama district court case that ruled the CTA unconstitutional).
