I liked the content but would have preferred to avoid the sales pitch and used the time to go more in depth into some models for effective boundaries.

The use of setting boundaries to take control of her schedule was very helpful.

This was not very useful. The topic was great, but there was very little substantive information or suggestions.

Nice change of pace. I ordered several of the books she recommended.
